Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using Kodezet. By accessing the service, you agree to use it responsibly and to follow the terms below.
Last updated: August 22, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Kodezet regarding your access to and use of the Kodezet website and services. By accessing or using Kodezet, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use Kodezet on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
The service
Kodezet is a collection of software tools and creative applications. Features may change over time, and some features may be experimental, limited, or offered only to certain users. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary to operate or improve Kodezet.
Accounts and Google sign-in
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting access to your account. You are also responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless it resulted from Kodezet’s failure to use reasonable security measures.
When you choose Google sign-in, Google’s authentication service is used to verify your identity. You must comply with Google’s applicable terms and policies. Kodezet does not receive your Google password, and Google remains responsible for its own account and authentication services.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content and materials that you submit to Kodezet (“Your Content”). You grant Kodezet a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, transmit, display, or otherwise use Your Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the specific feature you choose to use.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit Your Content and to allow Kodezet to process it as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for making backups of important content and for checking the output of any tool before relying on it.
Acceptable use
You may use Kodezet only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the service to violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe, misappropriate, or violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Upload malware, malicious code, or content intended to disrupt or compromise the service or another person’s device.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access, bypass security controls, or interfere with the normal operation of Kodezet.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or automatically access the service in a way that creates unreasonable load or circumvents published limits.
- Use Kodezet to create or distribute content that is fraudulent, abusive, threatening, or intended to cause harm.
Third-party services
Kodezet may link to or interoperate with third-party services, including Google services. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content.
For Google services, you can review Google’s policies at Google Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Kodezet at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you breached these terms, created a security or legal risk, abused the service, or if continued operation of an account or feature is no longer practical.
Where reasonable, we will try to provide notice before taking action. We may act without advance notice when necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or prevent harm. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kodezet is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.
You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of information or output obtained through Kodezet before using it. We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of such information or output.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kodezet and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to Kodezet for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 USD if you paid nothing, except where applicable law requires a different result.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kodezet and its creator from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, Your Content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Kodezet evolves. We will post updated terms at this URL and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of Kodezet after an update means you accept the updated terms.
